Update: *Fame is such a sweet boy; willing and friendly. He is on our sales list, and this boy truely deserves a loving home. *Fame thrives on attention, yet retains his training even after months at pasture. He stands around 14.2hh, and would be a great size for roping off of, or going under low trees on the trail - or packing through the brush and woods. Ready to start in any discipline you choose - for child or adult - this boy will make a life long friend, and a good home is a must for him.

What a colt! This handsome red dun colt is heavily line bred on the Native American Bad Warrior bloodlines. In fact, he is so "pure Ernie Hammrich" bred that he could have stepped right off the Standing Rock Reservation! We felt his name would be appropriate - *Warrior Fame - and we know this guy is going to live up to his heritage.

Stocky and built straight, and with a nicely refined head and friendly disposition, *Fame is sure to make a wonderful friend and unique mount for life! Being an extreme, he has the wonderful quiet disposition this type of Curly is known for - extremes have often been highly valued for children's mounts, or for therapy work - they are just wonderful, and if you have never gotten to own one, you don't know what you are missing! Rare pure Bashkir Curly gelding.

Ernie Hammrich's favorite Curly mare was also a red dun whom he said would never leave his property (and last I heard - she was still running free on the reservation), and I think he would have found Fame hard to part with too.
