Ebi Huutsu ~ which means blue bird in the Comanche language - is an incredible example of why I don't mind selling some of my best horses. This mare is from a wonderful Warrior stallion that I sold to Canada several years ago, and out of a mare that is also 1/2 Hammrich/Warrior bred......and I would say that match worked out pretty good! Being able to get these genetics back in this form is a wonderful bonus for our breeding program - and it wouldn't have happened if I had held on to that stallion - or worse still, if I had gelded him before selling him, as is often the case when some stallions are sold. Ebi is just exceptionally beautiful, and she just LOVES people! What a great combination - just what we like to see in our Curlies - especially those that will be used for breeding stock and the preservation of this great breed. Ebi stands around 15.1+ hh, has great conformation, the straight Warrior legs, hard hooves, lovely curl, and beautiful movement! A dark grulla dun coat compliments her Native American heritage - this mare carries on the tradition of the buffalo horse both in looks and in spirit!
